Meet Angelika
Angelika is the founder and sole consultant at Proof & Polish. Her practice is built on integrity, personalization, and thoughtful guidance.
She created Proof & Polish to give students principled, individualized support during the college admissions process. Applying to college can feel overwhelming. Expectations are high. Timelines are tight. Many students feel pressure to stand out in ways that pull them away from their authentic voice. Angelika believes there is a better way.
Her work is grounded in ethics. She does not ghostwrite. She does not reshape students into someone they are not. Instead, she helps them reflect, clarify, and communicate their experiences with confidence. The ideas and voice remain entirely the student’s. Her role is to guide and refine so that each piece of writing represents their strongest work.
Angelika earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. She brings rigorous academic training and analytical precision to every client she supports.
Based in Los Angeles, she works with students and families both locally and virtually. She provides thoughtful, ethical support tailored to each student’s goals.
